Kelly Phillips is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with comprehensive experience in healthcare. She has in-depth experience in adult geriatric patient care by working in long-term care and ICU for about 12 years. She loves learning and has an open mind. After graduating from Utah Valley University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012, she continued to finish her wound care training and also achieved a Master of Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in 2023 as an honor student.
Kelly is passionate about giving quality care to all patients. She aims to assist people with achieving the best possible version of themselves each and every day.

Kenneth Chen has been a Phlebotomist and Lab Assistant at IMC for more than 3 years and has an abundance of experience as a Rehab Nurse Technician. Kenneth is recognized by his patients as the best Phlebotomist. He can ease the pain with blood draws and IV placements to make your visit more pleasant. He is very compassionate and always enjoys helping people. He loves to keep himself busy by learning new things, hanging out with his loved ones, and enjoying nature. Being a good listener and caring person, Kenneth has equipped himself to provide quality care to all his clients. He is planning to go back to school and learn more to advance his career soon.
